What to Expect

Whenever we are contacted by a homeowner, insurance adjuster, contractor, property manager, or a business owner, we will do the following:

Listen to your request to understand your needs.
In the DFW area, schedule a free walkthrough to physically look at the items and ascertain next steps.
To start the pack out and subsequent work, we will need a Work Authorization form signed. For art, the estimate will need to also be approved prior to restoration start.
Pickup, transport and process. In the case of art, we use a climate-controlled environment for storage purposes.
Restore the items. Electronics and art restoration provide a one-year warranty on the work done.
Extended storage is available until you are ready for delivery.
Invoices will be sent for payment prior to scheduling delivery
Upon delivery, we can also hang or install the art.
