Homeowners

Whether you have experienced a significant loss from a fire or bursting pipes and your clothing, your appliances and your photographs are ruined, we have a solution for you.

We know how difficult a loss can be, especially if you have a sea of people going through your house and you don’t know where your possessions are. This chaos is where we come in to help you take care of your possessions by treating them with care. How we operate is as follows:

Meet with you, listen to your concerns and understand your needs.
To start the pack out and subsequent work, we will need a Work Authorization form signed.
Pickup, transport and process. In the case of art, we use a climate-controlled environment for storage purposes.
Restore the items. For art, we will do no work unless you approve the restoration estimate first.
Electronics and art restoration come with a one-year warranty on the work done.
Extended storage is available until you are ready for delivery.
Invoices will be sent for payment prior to scheduling delivery
Upon delivery, we can also hang or install the art.
